Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt)
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for the return, and a photo of the item (if applicable). We will provide instructions for the return process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (for example, cash-on-delivery refunds may require coordination for bank transfer or voucher issue).
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Used or damaged items
Items not in original packaging
Items returned after the 7-day window
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at [email protected]. After this window, your order may already be in processing or transit and cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
